Pricing with Heart 💛

At Sweet Pea's Photography, I believe everyone deserves pretty pictures—no matter their circumstances. Photography should be a way to preserve joy, dignity, and milestones, not something that feels out of reach during hard seasons of life.

Special Programs exist to make photography more accessible through flexible, situation-specific pricing, offered with care, privacy, and respect. These programs are ongoing, not promotional, and are handled quietly and individually.

If any of the options below feel relevant to you, you're welcome to reach out—no explanations beyond what you're comfortable sharing are ever required.

Sliding Scale for Low-Income Families

If you are currently enrolled in programs such as WIC, SNAP, TANF, or another income-based assistance program, sliding scale pricing is available.

Pricing is adjusted thoughtfully based on your circumstances and comfort level. My goal is to ensure that photography never feels inaccessible, and that your family's memories can be captured without added financial stress.

Proof of enrollment may be requested privately. All information is handled discreetly.

Community Support Sessions

These programs are designed for individuals and families navigating especially difficult or transitional circumstances. Availability may vary, but each request is considered with care.

Domestic Violence Support

Clients who are currently working with a domestic violence support organization or who have been approved for Oregon's DV grant are eligible for one of the following:

• One free Mini Session, or

• 50% off a Standard Session

This offering is provided privately and respectfully. No details beyond verification are required, and all inquiries are handled with discretion.

Children in Crisis

Children experiencing particularly difficult circumstances may be eligible for a special session designed to offer care, comfort, and a sense of normalcy.

Options may include:

• A free Mini Session at a child's favorite or comforting location, or

• A Standard Session for $30

These sessions are gentle, flexible, and centered entirely around the child's comfort and needs.

New Pet Parents

Anyone who has recently adopted a pet from a local shelter is eligible for a special adoption-celebration session.

• Mini Session — $45

This session is a joyful way to celebrate a new addition to the family and honor the start of a new chapter together.

The Glow Up Package ✨

Celebrating Healing, Growth, and Resilience

The Glow Up Package is designed for individuals who have recently received mental health support and would benefit from a moment of affirmation and care.

This package is offered for $15 and includes:

• A 50-minute photography session

• 15 edited photos

• A folder with printed copies

• A customized "You Got This" letter

• Affirmation stickers

• A curated list of mental health resources

This package exists to honor progress—big or small—and to remind you that your journey matters and you deserve to be celebrated.

If you are navigating medical hardship, grief, foster or kinship care, or another significant life transition not listed above, you're welcome to inquire privately. Special Programs are considered case-by-case, with care and discretion.

A Note on Privacy & Respect

Special Programs are handled quietly and without judgment. Requests are never shared publicly, and you are never required to explain more than you're comfortable with.

If a listed program doesn't quite fit your situation but you're experiencing hardship, you're still welcome to reach out. I'll always do my best to meet people where they are.
